Festival of Sleep Day
Honk-shooo, honk-shooo. Oh sorry I dozed off there! Celebrate the unofficial January holiday Festival of Sleep Day by, well, sleeping! It’s said that most adults should sleep between six and eight hours to reach their most effective mindsets. Perhaps treat yourself to a few extra hours of sleep on January 3rd! After all, you do deserve it after the stretch of holidays from November through December, entertaining family and friends, shopping and wrapping gifts — it all wears a person out. While the origin of this unofficial, but officially fun, holiday is unknown, one thing we do know is we’ll never say “No!” to a few extra winks of sleep.
